Hayal was absolutely amazing from start to finish and delivered the most beautiful wedding. From the moment we first met her she made us feel that our wedding was her top priority and this continued over the year we spent planning it. She made sure we fully understood the Turkish legal process and accompanied us to the relevant appointments. She offered help and guidance throughout when we were indecisive on aspects of the wedding. She made adaptation’s to the standard ceremony to incorporate our wishes to include our children and family members in the service. On the day she made sure everything was perfect. Hayal was the one we had our initial contact with when we were discussing our ideas and plans and Hayal was always being helpful and answering all of our questions and providing us with prices for everything we wondered about. She is very organized, patient and friendly to deal with and it was her helpfulness and ideas that won us over to sign a contract and proceed with our plans.

Pat we first got contact with the last weeks before our trip to Turkey, and we met her in person in our pre-wedding meeting in Miracle Hotel. A better negotiater than Pat is hard to find. She patiently listened to our ideas and wishes about the final wedding preparations and helped us to get everything just as we wanted it even though it met some resistance with Hotel management. She negotiated good deals and prices for us and on the big day; with help from her team she made sure everything went smooth and just as we wanted.

I also want to commend David Groom which was our ceremony conducter for a very beautiful ceremony. He paid attention to every detail and every bit of information we gave him, and created a very personal and wonderful ceremony that we never will forget.
